📦 商品問題／錯誤出貨

如您收到的商品有明顯瑕疵或我們寄錯了貨品，請於收到貨品後 48 小時內拍照並聯絡我們，以便我們安排處理。

⚠️ 逾時未聯絡或未提供照片作證明者，恕不接受退換。

我們會根據實際情況為您安排退貨或更換，並承擔所需運費。


📦 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos showing the issue.

⚠️ We will not accept returns or exchanges if you fail to report the issue within 48 hours or cannot provide photo evidence.

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a return or replacement and cover any shipping costs incurred.
